Swipe Photo Cleaner Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 2026 • FlashSoft OU
1. Introduction
FlashSoft OU ("we," "us," or "our") is deeply committed to protecting your privacy and security. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our mobile application, Swipe Photo Cleaner (Wipe AI) (the "App").
By installing and using the App, you agree to the policies and practices described in this document. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our App.
2. 100% On-Device Data Processing
Swipe Photo Cleaner (Wipe AI) utilizes an advanced, privacy-first architecture. All media processing occurs exclusively on your local device. We do not upload, store, or process your personal photos, videos, or camera roll data on any external servers. The artificial intelligence algorithms used to detect duplicates, similar photos, and blurred images run directly on your phone's processor.
3. Information We Collect
While we do not collect your personal media, we may collect the following types of information to ensure the App functions properly:
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated diagnostic data (such as crash logs, app launch times, and performance metrics) to help us identify bugs and improve the App's stability.
- Device Information: We may collect non-personally identifiable information about your device, including the hardware model, operating system version, and device identifiers (such as IDFA, subject to your explicit consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework).
- Purchase History: If you subscribe to our premium features, transaction records are processed directly by the Apple App Store. We only receive an anonymous validation token to unlock premium features and do not have access to your payment details.
4. Permissions Required
To provide its core functionality, the App requests the following device permissions:
- Photo Library Access: Required to scan your camera roll for duplicates and allow you to delete unwanted media. This access is local only.
- Notifications: We may ask for permission to send you local push notifications (e.g., reminders to clean your gallery). These are scheduled locally and do not involve remote servers.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party SDKs (such as Firebase Crashlytics or RevenueCat) strictly for crash reporting and subscription management. These services are bound by strict data processing agreements and are prohibited from sharing your data with unauthorized external parties. We do not sell or rent your data to ad networks or data brokers.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal compliance. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, when appropriate, via an in-app notice.
