Taperly EULA
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Last updated: October 1, 2026
By downloading or using Taperly you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which applies in addition to these terms.
1. Purpose
Taperly helps adults track, reduce and quit nicotine use. It does not promote or sell nicotine products and is not medical advice. Nicotine amounts shown are estimates based on the data you enter. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication, talk to a doctor or pharmacist before changing your nicotine use. For quitting support, consider nicotine replacement therapy and local quit services.
2. Age
You must be at least 17 years old (or the legal age for nicotine products in your country) to use Taperly.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
- Taperly Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Free version and ads
The free version contains ads and limits some features. Pro removes ads.
5. Your data
Your logs belong to you and are stored on your device and in your private iCloud. See the Privacy Policy.
