FlashSoft OÜ ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game/application Swipe Email Cleaner (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how our App handles and processes information when you connect your email accounts and use our inbox cleaning features.

1. Information Handling and Processing

Swipe Email Cleaner is designed as an interactive tool that helps you manage, clean, and organize your email inboxes. To do this, the App accesses your connected email accounts via secure protocol parameters (such as OAuth or direct IMAP).

Critical Privacy Principle: We do not download your emails to our own external servers, and we do not read, compile, or store your email contents. All fetching, sorting, and cleaning (such as deleting, archiving, or sorting messages) is executed directly between your device and your email service provider.

1.1 Data Handled On-Device

  • Email metadata headers: Sender name, sender email address, date, size, and subject lines (temporarily cached locally on your device to enable quick swipe sorting and grouping).
  • App preferences: Sorting configurations, account connection states, and notification triggers.

2. Data Storage, Retaining, and Deletion

All connection credentials and cached email metadata remain exclusively inside the secure sandbox of your mobile device. None of this data is ever transmitted to FlashSoft OÜ.

If you disconnect an email account or uninstall the App from your device, all locally cached metadata and authentication tokens are automatically deleted immediately.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The App does not harvest, sell, rent, or trade your email data, address lists, or personal details to any marketing or analytics providers.

In-app purchase validation, subscription checking, or diagnostic crash reports (if opted-in) may be processed securely by Apple App Store Billing Services or Google Play Billing Services.

4. Children's Privacy

Swipe Email Cleaner does not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected or stored on our servers, we maintain a general audience standard across all app installations.

5. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store your personal information on our systems, we generally hold no data for you to access, export, modify, or delete. If you correspond with our support team, we will retain your email address and ticket conversation solely to help resolve your inquiry.
