FlashSoft OÜ ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Ragdoll Rescue (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Stored Only On Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your device, using standard iOS/Android app storage (UserDefaults / SharedPreferences). This information is never transmitted to us or to any third party:

  • Your best survival time / score
  • Your sound and music preference settings

This data stays on your device and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App.

1.2 Game Center / Google Play Games (Leaderboards)

If the App's leaderboard feature is enabled, it uses Apple's Game Center (on iOS) or Google Play Games (on Android) to display rankings. When you use this feature:

  • Apple or Google collects and processes your Game Center / Play Games player ID and alias, and the scores you submit, in order to operate the leaderboard.
  • This data collection is governed by Apple's or Google's own privacy policies, not by us. We do not receive, store, or have access to your Game Center / Play Games account information ourselves.
  • You can review Apple's privacy practices at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ and Google's at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, and the App does not request access to:

  • Your name, email address, or phone number
  • Your precise or approximate location
  • Photos, camera, or microphone access
  • Contacts or other device data
  • Any account registration is required — the App can be played without creating an account.

1.4 Advertising and Analytics

As of the date of this policy, the App does not integrate any advertising SDK or analytics/tracking SDK, and does not use any technology to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes.

If this changes in a future version of the App (for example, if we add optional ads or basic analytics), we will update this Privacy Policy before that change takes effect, and — where required by law or by Apple's/Google's platform rules — request your consent (such as through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt) before any cross-app tracking begins.

2. How We Use Information

Because the App does not transmit personal data to us, we do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond making the App function as described above (local score/settings storage, and optional Game Center / Play Games leaderboards operated by Apple/Google).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information, because we do not collect any. We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Locally stored data (best score, settings) remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data through your device settings. We do not retain any copy of this data ourselves.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is designed to be suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect personal information from any user, this applies equally to users of all ages. 6. Your Rights (EEA / UK / California and other jurisdictions)

Because the App does not collect personal data that identifies you, there is generally no personal data held by us for you to access, correct, delete, or export. If you believe we hold any personal data about you (for example, through correspondence with our support address), you have the right to:

  • Request access to that data
  • Request correction or deletion of that data
  • Object to or restrict our processing of that data
  • Request a copy of that data in a portable format
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect any information we do handle. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Users

FlashSoft OÜ is based in Estonia, in the European Union. If you use the App from outside Estonia, be aware that any limited data handling described in this policy (such as Apple's or Google's Game Center processing) may involve transfer of information to other countries with different data protection laws.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this same location with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
