100% On-Device Privacy Architecture: FlashSoft OÜ does not store or transmit your quit stats, craving logs, or personal financial inputs to external servers. All progress calculations, health milestone progress, and financial calculations are processed locally inside your mobile device.

1.1 Types of Local Data Handled

  • Quit Date & Habits: Date/time of last cigarette, cost per pack, cigarettes per day.
  • Craving Logs & Notes: User-entered entries recording craving triggers or notes.
  • App Preferences: Selected currency, visual theme, notification reminders, and goal targets.

2. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Because we do not operate remote databases for user data, FlashSoft OÜ maintains no access to your quit tracker information or health metrics.

All information resides exclusively in your physical device's local application memory. You can reset your quit streak or clear all data within the App at any time, or uninstall the App to permanently erase all stored records.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, share, or disclose your health data, quit progress, or habit logs to advertising networks or third-party data brokers.

In-app purchases or subscription validations are handled securely through standard Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing APIs.

4. Children's Privacy

Quit Smoking Tracker is intended for adult users seeking to stop smoking or quit nicotine products. It does not knowingly target or collect personal data from children under 13 years of age.

5. Your Rights

Because FlashSoft OÜ does not store your personal data on external servers, we hold no user files for you to access, update, or delete remotely. If you send an email to customer support, we retain your email address solely to assist with your technical inquiry.
