End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you and FlashSoft OÜ ("we," "us," or "our") for the mobile application Quit Smoking Tracker (the "App").

By installing or using Quit Smoking Tracker, you agree to comply with and be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

FlashSoft OÜ grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use Quit Smoking Tracker on your personal mobile devices, solely for personal health habit tracking and motivational support.

2. Non-Medical Advice Disclaimer

Quit Smoking Tracker is a self-help progress counter and motivational tool.

Important Medical Disclaimer: The App does NOT provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Health recovery percentages and timelines presented in the App are based on general public health literature (such as WHO guidelines) and are for informational/motivational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding smoking cessation programs, nicotine replacement therapies, or medical health concerns.

3. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to unlock source code of the App.
  • Use the App in any manner that violates local or international health regulations or laws.
  • Modify, adapt, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlashSoft OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on the App or health metrics displayed within it.

5. Termination

This agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you breach any term of this Agreement.
