End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and FlashSoft Apps for your use of the My Pills Reminder mobile application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using My Pills Reminder, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the respective platform's standard terms of service also apply. In the event of a conflict, the platform's mandatory terms shall govern.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to install and use a copy of My Pills Reminder on mobile devices that you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial health-tracking purposes.
3. Scope of Service
My Pills Reminder is designed to help you organize your medication list, set schedule reminders, log whether you have taken or missed a dose, and set alerts for when your pill supplies are running low.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Certain advanced features may require a paid premium subscription.
- Prices and terms of billing are clearly displayed in-app prior to purchasing.
- Transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing engines.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off in your platform account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
5. CRITICAL Medical Disclaimer
My Pills Reminder is not a medical device. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decisions. The contents of the app, including schedule logs, drug information lists, and alert alerts, are for personal organization and informational purposes only.
Do not rely solely on this app for managing critical medication schedules. Always verify drug dosages, intervals, and instructions directly with your prescribing physician or pharmacist. If you experience an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that reminder delivery will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted. Reminders can fail due to system-level battery savers, hardware sleep cycles, or OS notifications being muted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashSoft Apps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed doses, reminder errors, or reliance on the app's contents.
7. Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the application and all copies from your device. Your rights under this agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
