Mole Tracker End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and FlashSoft Apps governing your use of the Mole Tracker application and official web portal at moletracker.org.
1. License Grant
FlashSoft Apps grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Mole Tracker on iOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the terms of this EULA and Apple App Store rules.
2. Medical Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)
Mole Tracker is intended solely for personal record-keeping, photo organization, and informational tracking of skin lesions. It is NOT a medical device, diagnosis engine, or substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified dermatologist.
