1. Information Handling and Processing

Hidden Camera Detector acts as a local security utility on your mobile device. To provide device scanning capabilities, the App accesses device sensors (magnetometer), camera preview for optical lens reflections, and local network Wi-Fi device listings.

Strict On-Device Processing Guarantee: FlashSoft OÜ does not transmit, upload, stream, or store any camera preview video, photos, magnetic sensor measurements, or Wi-Fi network scan details to external servers or cloud services. All analysis happens in real-time strictly on your device hardware.

1.1 Sensor & Camera Usage

  • Camera & Flashlight Access: Used solely to display the real-time optical lens reflection view with color contrast filters and activate the flashlight. Camera video is never saved, recorded, or sent anywhere.
  • Magnetometer / Magnetic Sensor: Used in real-time to compute electromagnetic field values (microtesla). Readings are discarded immediately after display.
  • Local Network Access: Used strictly to list connected IP addresses and MAC vendors on your current local Wi-Fi connection to identify connected IP cameras. No network data is stored externally.

2. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Because we operate no remote application servers or databases for Hidden Camera Detector, FlashSoft OÜ collects zero personal or diagnostic telemetry from your device.

Any user preferences (such as audio sensitivity thresholds or theme settings) stay stored solely in your mobile device's local application sandbox. Uninstalling the App instantly deletes all local preferences.

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not share, sell, or monetize any sensor readings, camera feeds, or location/network metadata with third parties or advertising brokers.

In-app subscriptions or premium feature unlocks are securely processed through official App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Google) billing infrastructure.

4. Children's Privacy

Hidden Camera Detector is a general utility app and does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under 13 years of age.

5. Your Rights

Because no personal data is collected or stored on our servers, FlashSoft OÜ holds no user records to access, rectify, or delete. If you contact customer support, your email and correspondence will be retained exclusively for resolving your query.
