End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you and FlashSoft OÜ ("we," "us," or "our") for the Hidden Camera Detector application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using Hidden Camera Detector, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

FlashSoft OÜ grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use Hidden Camera Detector on iOS or Android mobile devices owned or controlled by you, strictly for personal, non-commercial security inspection purposes.

2. Utility Tool Disclaimer & Limitations

Hidden Camera Detector is designed as an assistive tool to aid users in inspecting physical environments using consumer hardware sensors (such as smartphone magnetometers and optical cameras).

Important Notice: The App relies on consumer smartphone hardware sensors which vary in sensitivity and calibration. The App does NOT guarantee 100% detection of all hidden cameras, micro-lenses, or spy equipment. It is not a substitute for professional law enforcement or specialized military counter-surveillance equipment. Physical inspection remains recommended.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App.
  • Use the App to violate the privacy or rights of any individual.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the App.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlashSoft OÜ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App or any undetected hidden devices in any environment.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or FlashSoft OÜ. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
