MagicMacCleaner EULA

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "Licensee") and FlashSoft OU ("Licensor") governing the installation, execution, and use of MagicMacCleaner for macOS.

1. Free License Grant

FlashSoft OU grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to download, install, execute, and utilize MagicMacCleaner on any compatible Apple Silicon Mac computer running macOS 13 (Ventura), macOS 14 (Sonoma), macOS 15 (Sequoia), or subsequent compatible releases.

MagicMacCleaner is 100% Free. There are no mandatory subscription fees, paywalls, recurring licenses, or locked features.

2. Permitted Use & Hardware Scope

The software is optimized specifically for Apple Silicon ARM64 architecture (M1, M2, M3, M4 series chips and their Pro/Max/Ultra variants). You may use MagicMacCleaner for personal, academic, or commercial software engineering purposes across multiple workstations.

3. Safety Mechanisms & User Responsibility

MagicMacCleaner embeds defensive engineering safeguards, including inode validation, symlink traversal guards, and automatic Trash relocation for non-destructive recovery. However, the user retains ultimate responsibility for selecting files, projects, simulator runtimes, or system caches designated for deletion. Users are encouraged to maintain standard Time Machine or external backups of critical personal repositories.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

MAGICMACCLEANER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLASHSOFT OU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL FLASHSOFT OU BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
