This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding user data, media processing, on-device machine learning, and privacy protection. We believe that your photos and videos are deeply personal, and our application is designed from the ground up to guarantee 100% offline data confidentiality.

1. 100% On-Device Processing & Zero Cloud Uploads

Blura operates strictly on an on-device architecture. All image filtering, background blur segmentation, video face detection, optical flow motion tracking, mosaic pixelation, and rendering occur entirely on your physical device’s local hardware (utilizing Apple Neural Engine and Metal graphics acceleration).

• No Media Uploads: We never upload, stream, backup, or transmit your camera roll photos, videos, or edited media to external servers, cloud storage, or third parties.
• No Biometric Retention: When our AI algorithms detect human faces or silhouettes for censor tracking, all coordinate calculations are ephemeral and processed in volatile memory. No facial geometric data, identity prints, or biometric templates are stored or transmitted.

2. Device Permissions & How They Are Used

To provide its core photo and video editing capabilities, Blura requests access to specific native iOS permissions:

• Photo Library Access: Required to allow you to import photos and videos for editing and to save finished high-resolution renders back to your Camera Roll. You can choose limited or full photo library access through standard iOS privacy dialogs.
• Camera Access (Optional): If you choose to capture photos or videos directly within the app, camera permissions are utilized solely for real-time live preview and capture.

3. Purchases & Subscription Validation

All financial transactions, in-app purchases, and auto-renewable subscriptions are processed directly and securely by Apple via the official StoreKit framework. FlashSoft OU never receives, stores, or handles your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or banking details. Apple provides us only with anonymous cryptographic purchase tokens to verify active license states.

4. Third-Party Analytics & Advertising

Blura does not integrate third-party ad networks, tracking SDKs, or data brokers. We do not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any external commercial entities.

5. Compliance with Global Privacy Regulations (GDPR & CCPA)

Because Blura does not collect or store personal data on remote servers, you maintain sovereign control over your data at all times. You can delete the application and its local cache at any moment via your device settings.
