This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and FlashSoft OU governing your use of Bambino Free Baby Monitor.
1. License Grant
FlashSoft OU grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use Bambino Free Baby Monitor strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. User Responsibilities & Conduct
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any portion of the application binary or source code.
3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Subscriptions and premium features are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Bambino Free Baby Monitor is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. FlashSoft OU shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
