Everwhen Privacy Policy

Everwhen (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Everwhen.

1. Personal Data and Storage

Everwhen does not operate its own servers for storing your personal content.

Information you create in the App, such as dates, events, timers, countdowns, notes, and other user-created content, is stored locally on your device and/or using system storage services available on your device.

We do not intentionally collect or store this content on our servers.

2. Analytics

Everwhen uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how users interact with the App and to improve its functionality and performance.

Firebase Analytics may collect information such as:

• device and operating system information;
• app version;
• app usage and interaction data;
• anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers;
• diagnostic and performance information.

We do not intentionally send the content of your events, dates, notes, timers, or countdowns to Firebase Analytics.

3. Advertising

Everwhen may display advertisements through Google AdMob.

AdMob may collect and process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and information about interactions with advertisements.

Depending on your device settings, permissions, consent choices, and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

Advertising data is processed by Google according to Google’s own privacy policies.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Everwhen uses Apphud to manage subscriptions, purchases, and related subscription analytics.

Apphud may process information related to purchases and subscriptions, such as:

• subscription status;
• purchase and transaction information;
• product identifiers;
• anonymous or pseudonymous user identifiers;
• device and app information.

We do not receive or store your payment card information. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

5. Third-Party Services

Everwhen uses third-party services including:

• Google Firebase Analytics;
• Google AdMob;
• Apphud;
• Apple App Store and related Apple services.

These services may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

We do not control how third-party services process information collected directly by them.

6. Your Data

Because Everwhen does not store your personal content on our own servers, we generally cannot access, recover, modify, or restore information stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of information that is important to you.

Deleting the App, resetting or losing your device, changing devices, or other circumstances may result in loss of locally stored information.

7. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter into Everwhen and for how you use the App.

Everwhen is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss of locally stored data, missed events, timers, countdowns or reminders, device failures, notification delivery failures, third-party service failures, or damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the App.

Everwhen should not be relied upon as the sole method for tracking critical deadlines, appointments, events, or other time-sensitive information.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or store children’s personal content on our own servers.

Third-party services used by Everwhen may process limited technical information according to their respective privacy policies and applicable law.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
