1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Everwhen app, these terms will automatically apply to you.
2. License
FlashSoft OU grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
